As an experienced integrative therapist and clinical supervisor, I offer professional support grounded in warmth, understanding and a genuine commitment to personal and professional growth.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to the individual needs and experiences of each client. I believe that feeling seen, heard and accepted provides an important foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.

Alongside my therapy practice, I offer clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, providing a reflective space to explore their work, develop their clinical thinking and grow in confidence.

My work is informed by a 30-year career in learning and personal development across the private, public and voluntary sectors. This has given me extensive experience in supporting individuals and teams to deepen their understanding, develop emotional intelligence and explore opportunities for growth.

I have also worked in further education as a tutor in mental health awareness and counselling skills, and as a volunteer counsellor in my local hospice.
