Clinical Supervision
A space to reflect, feel supported and grow
Alongside my work as an integrative therapist, I offer clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists who are looking for a supportive space to reflect on their work, explore challenges and continue to grow in their practice.
Being a therapist can be deeply rewarding, but it can also bring moments of uncertainty, self-doubt and emotional complexity. Sometimes we need a space of our own, where we can step back from our work, talk things through and see things from a different perspective.
I believe that feeling heard, understood and accepted is just as important in supervision as it is in therapy. My hope is to offer a space where you feel comfortable bringing the realities of your work, whether you are feeling confident and encouraged, struggling with a particular client situation or simply wanting time to reflect.
My approach to supervision
As an integrative therapist, I appreciate that every person and every therapeutic relationship is different. I bring this understanding to my supervisory work, recognising that there is rarely one simple answer and that taking time to explore what is happening can often open up new possibilities.
I aim to offer a relationship built on trust, warmth and mutual respect, where you can speak openly about your work without feeling that you need to have everything figured out.
Together, we can explore the therapeutic relationship, your responses to clients, the challenges you encounter and the feelings that may arise through your work. There is room to consider different perspectives, explore ethical questions, recognise your strengths and gently challenge assumptions where this may be helpful.
For me, supervision is not simply about working through difficulties or meeting professional requirements. It is also about having the opportunity to understand ourselves more deeply as therapists, develop confidence in our own judgement and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

A little about me
My work as a therapist is supported by a 30-year career in learning and personal development across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Throughout my career, I have valued helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, build emotional awareness and discover new ways of approaching life’s challenges.
I have worked in further education as a tutor in mental health awareness and counselling skills, and as a volunteer counsellor within my local hospice. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation of the importance of listening, understanding and creating space for people to explore their experiences in their own way.
I am an integrative therapist and have completed a Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Supervision. My supervision training has further developed my understanding of the supervisory relationship, ethical practice, supervision models and the importance of reflective learning.
I bring to supervision the same values that underpin my therapeutic work: warmth, curiosity, respect and a genuine belief in the value of continued growth.
Who is supervision for?
I welcome enquiries from practising counsellors and psychotherapists who would value a supportive and reflective space for their work.
Perhaps you have a client situation that you are finding difficult to make sense of. Perhaps you are questioning your approach, noticing strong feelings in response to a client or wanting to develop greater confidence in your clinical decisions. You may simply want to make more space to think about your work and how you are developing as a therapist.
Whatever brings you to supervision, my intention is to offer a space where you can slow down, reflect and explore things with openness.
If you are looking for a clinical supervisor, I welcome you to get in touch to explore working together.
